1. Removal of Existing Patio Area: - Uplift and dispose of existing patio slabs at the rear of the property. - Excavate patio area to a depth of approximately 12 inches (300mm). 2. Ground Preparation: - Install Weed-X membrane throughout the prepared base. - Supply and install edge-retaining concrete kerbs fully around the perimeter for long-term support and containment. - Supply and compact Type 1 MOT hardcore. - Lay and compact Type 2 rolling stone. - Install 50mm of sharp sand, screeded to correct levels for drainage and stability. 3. Paving Installation: - Lay new Marshalls Driveline paving in the client’s choice of colour and pattern. - Ensure all paving is levelled correctly with appropriate falls for drainage. 4. Fence & Gate Installation: - Supply and install a new fence and gate around the front air conditioner box for protection and visual improvement. 5. Final Works: - Remove and responsibly dispose of all waste and debris. - Leave the site clean and tidy upon completion.
