Second plumber we contacted about a leak. Did some small work, including "investigating" the leak, replacing our bath panel, siliconing the tiled wall and replacing the bath trap. After a while (and a new roof to rule that out as a potential cause), we contacted him again as the leak is still happening. Said that he'd come next week, never came. Chased, said the same thing, never came again. Bear in mind this is after we made him aware the first plumber ignored us and he said to us that he wouldn't do that.
